Yes, you can delete individual exports or clear your entire export history from the History page.

Custom branding allows Creator and Pro subscribers to change the watermark text on their content. Instead of the default "wqsk.io" watermark, you can display your own brand name or website.

If you're on a Creator or Pro plan, simply click on the watermark text at the bottom of any slide card. An input field will appear where you can type your custom watermark.

The watermark cannot be completely removed, but Creator and Pro users can customize it to display their own branding, effectively making it part of their content.

Click on your profile in the navigation bar and select "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password to update it.

We accept payments through PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. All transactions are securely processed.

You can cancel your subscription from the Subscription page by clicking "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Your current story and settings are preserved when you cancel. However, your export history limit will adjust to the Free plan limit (4 exports), and older exports may be removed.

You can delete your account from the Delete Account page. Go to /delete-account or click the link in your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, stories, and export history. This action cannot be undone.

Video export processes each frame individually, which can take time depending on slide duration and your device's processing power. Longer videos with more slides will take more time.

Yes, Story Generator is responsive and works on mobile devices. However, for the best experience, especially when exporting videos, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
